1. Full Replacement Guarantee
Every Discord boost package comes with automatic replacement warranty coverage for the duration of the purchased plan (30 days for 1-month, 90 days for 3-month). If any boosts decrease during your package timeline, contact our support with your order number to receive prompt replacement boosts free of charge.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because digital goods are delivered automatically, refunds are granted if our systems fail to deliver your ordered services within 24 hours of payment and our support team cannot resolve the delivery failure. Once boosts or Nitro links have been successfully delivered and activated, transactions are non-refundable.
3. Contacting Support for Claims
